Note this is 45 minutes this week, 0215Z to 0259Z.  Should give us time 
to get to 160M this week.  20 has been poor at the start, but might be 
better this week with the sun spot count up.  Welcome to N4KH who was 
QRV at the end of last week's session.  73, John, K4BAI.


This week, the NS operating time is extended to 45 minutes
starting at 0215Z.  Those ops that participate in the SNS
must reset their logs for the NS as SNS Qs don't count in
the total.
