[SECC] Variable capacitor anti-arc information needed

Should be minimal -- you only cover the small section that was arcing.

I wonder if there is a way to secure teflon 
pipe-sealing tape to a flat surface. That would 
do the trick if you could glue it down, but 
teflon is notorious for NOT sticking to anything, including glue.
