[SECC] Announcement: 2013 Alabama QSO Party

The event you have all been breathlessly waiting for is almost here!!!!


The Alabama Contest Group is pleased to announce the 2013 Alabama
QSO Party.

The time frame is:

Start at1600 UTC (11:00AM CDST), 01 June, 2013
End at 0400 UTC (11:00PM CDST), 02 June, 2013.

Modes: SSB and CW

Exchange:  Alabama stations send signal report and county abbreviation. 
Abbreviations may have changed so check the website for the correct ones.

- Alabama stations working other Alabama stations should log the actual 
county for the station they work.

- W/VE stations (including KH6/KL7) send signal report and state or VE 
province.


- DX stations (including KH2/KP4, etc) send signal report and DX (as the 
location).

- All stations may operate the full 12 hours of the contest period.
