[SECC] Maryland QSO Party

I'm trying to work the MDQP.. My first Maryland QP.  It appears that the
only way to work this contest is to find the Maryland stations sending CQ.
I sent CQ a few times and worked a non-Maryland station... that station
thought that I was in Maryland... Neither one of us received any points.
MDQP at leasr give us 1 point for the try?
Thoughts??
