Hello SECCers,

Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Tom Francis, W1TEF, into the
club. Tom has been licensed since 1963 and is a former member of the Yankee
Clipper Contest Club. He lives in Columbia, SC and enjoys the bigger
contests, along with sprints and QSO parties.
