[SECC] Announcement: Ohio QSO Party This Weekend

The 2013 Ohio QSO Party is this Saturday, from noon to midnight EDT (1600z
to 0400z).
  
Simple rules:
  
Exchange QSO number & QTH (OH county/state/province/DX)
  
80 - 10 meters  SSB/CW  (no digital)
  
Multipliers count by mode (i.e. 88 OH counties x 2 = 176 possible from
outside Ohio)
