hey lee, thanks for the input. That article made a lot of sense. I
finally found the Task Scheduler and opened it but after deleting all I
found there the same problem persists. I really don't know how to get to
the registry to check there. Also no idea if the hard drive via USB that
I am attempting to save to is compatible with win10.... don't see why
not but I am a bit out of my depth here... lol...I'll keep trying and
see what happens... tnx again, Cort
