[SECC] CWTs This Wednesday

A reminder or two about CWTs this week.

Times remain on UTC 1300, 1900, and 0300.  So these one-hour mini-tests 
will start one hour earlier local time.  8 AM, 2 PM, and 10 PM.  Much 
better times for me.  This week only, everyone is asked to keep speeds 
at or below 20 WPM to welcome recent CWA Academy graduates.

Also, note that I messed up the UTC times for the QRP Fox Hunt tonight. 
  They are always 9 to 10:30 PM Eastern Time. (I got that part right.) 
That translates to 0200Z to 0330Z.  K4BAI and KR0U are the foxes on 40M 
(7030 to 7050) tonight.
