[SECC] CQ WW SB Contest

I am working the CQ WW DX SSB contest in a few hours and had planned on 
working only one band (that being 160m) however I am open to suggestions 
if I would benefit the overall club standing if I were to work all bands 
or even another particular one band?

I have a 240' Doublet up at 75' at the apex and 12' - 15' on the legs 
(inverted V) being fed with 600 Ohm ladder line. I was hoping that the 
160m band might not be as competitive or make the anti contest hams mad.

Suggestions welcome.
