Actually intended to try to get in a few contacts in the All Africa
International DX Contest (which is an everyone-works-everyone contest,
and has the same exchange as the SAC).  Heard no AF stations, and
realized after a couple of contacts that the stations I was working were
in SAC, not AAIDC.

Propagation seemed pretty lousy this weekend.

Tried to submit the log, but the log submission site is down.  It's
supposed to be back up tomorrow, but we'll have to see.
