This is forwarded from N6ZFO:

The NCCC Sprint Ladder 26, now in week 4 of 7, is excellent practice for
NAS CW even though not a clone of that contest.

30 mins of high-rate sprinting. . 1830-1900 PST Thur (0230-0300Z Fri) on
15, 20, 40, 80 and 160; 40 KHz up from band edge, but 1812-17 on 160, but
avoid qrm to 160 DX.

Differences from NAS:
   -- mults by band
-- 1 KHz qsy rule in all cases.

Please, if you participate, report your score to _3830scores.com_
(http://3830scores.com/) . And we welcome you to subsequent weeks. Speeds are fast
but participants slow down for new players.

Logging: use the NS module in N1MM or N1MM+, or the NAS CW in WL (you will
need to re-compute your score)
