[SECC] SECC Reflector Moderator

Is there anyone on the SECC reflector who would be willing to take over 
as moderator?  The current moderator is N4LR who is somewhat active with 
the GCG group and has no interest in moderating our SECC reflector.  I 
don't know how to change moderators, but there must be some way and I am 
sure that N4LR would cooperate.  At this time, I get notice of any 
messages that don't go through, but I don't know how I can tell the 
system to allow them through.  That's why I cut and pasted the message 
from K2SX this morning.  Surely there is someone on the reflector who 
knows about such things.  Thanks for any help.  73, John, K4BAI.
