[SECC] qrz qsl

These days Cort people seem to want QSLs via direct, and/or the bureau,
and/or LOTW, and/or QRZ, and/or eQSL, and/or OQRS and if not more options
today, then more tomorrow.

Pick the ones YOU want, but please don't pick none.  It's selfish to not
QSL at all.

I QSL direct, via the bureau and LOTW.

Some of the new FT8 software loads QSOs instantly to LOTW and I have heard
of people getting complaints via email if they had to wait a few hours for
a confirmation.  Personally that seems over the top to me....
