[SECC] qrz qsl

I thought QRZ was/is kind of weak re QSLs. But a few months back I did a total ADIF drop to qrz. But I don't do it all that quickly so as to cover someone from this past weekend. 

I try to be courteous to all but have little sympathy for instant confirmation requests. Lotw is the gold standard and my logger N3fjp does lotw each qso right after I hit the ENTER key. 

I do note there are still hams who are not lotw.  I'm focusing a lot on str key right now and those chaps while very active on the air, are not much for lotw.
