Comments:

Saturday the band was active, but as the storm front moved through the rain
static added 30dB to the noise floor most of the day.  Sunday the band
barely opened and it was one slow day on 10m.  Skip was long and seemed like
the Northern latitudes had better propagation.  Mults missed, EA and FM,
both at ESP levels.  Worked our friends at PJ4A no problem but not many
stations from the Caribbean, just too close for good prop.  No sun spots and
Solar Flux numbers still flat at 70, ugh.
