Jeff. It was based on your comment on 3830. Was not sarcastic as I really didn't know. I am not an avid comtester, and I guess I didnt read your soapbox closely enough so I thought I'd ask since I could not find it as I reread the rules..
BTW I also believe there are some who run more power than 100w. Since I'm QRP, I also think there just might be a few who do not follow the 5 watt limit on that class. After all 25 watts is close to 5!
