I agree that elevated radials get mixed reviews. On the ground radials are easier to execute — you just need a lot of them. Elevated radials are more finicky - they have to be a reasonable height, have supports and be the right length.
Good luck getting back on the air, Dave. I just went through re-vamping all my antennas at the Gwinnett QTH. I still have some work to do with my temporary setup in Fulton.
