[SECC] Elavated radials

You can always find differing opinions -- and "facts". I found this to be
both credible and logical.

N6LF found elevated radials are good, but also gave this caveat:
“…elevated radial systems are subject to a number of ills. They are very
sensitive to details of layout, soil characteristics, nearby conductors,
coupling to feed lines, and other factors. Like ground radials, elevated
radial systems work much better if the screen is not too sparse: in other
words, try to use 12 or more radials. You will be much happier”

Some say a few feet up are good, but he recommends 6 meters up for 160
meters (about 20 ft)

I too use K9AY loops for receiving. Took them down to remove some trees and
haven't put them back up yet. Can anyone recommend a good place to go that
discusses advantages of different loop lengths? Like to research a bit
before rehanging them.
