I kept the receiver on 18145 Friday from 0100 to 0220Z. (nearby 4L4MM was
59+10 on 18143 and JW2PA was 59+). The signal was building slowly and then
one transmission was at 5/5 (the first time they were 100% readable).  One
call on 18153 and #343 on 17 was in the log.  By 0300 they were again weak
and low modulation (1/3).    I heard them weakly on 21295( at 1200) working
WA4CBF in nashville (at least the modulation was equal to the signal as they
were 75% 3/3 to 4/3.   They were also posted on 12 and 10 but those bands
were not open over the north pole.

They were also posted on 7 SSB (at 1208Z)but just as yesterday at 2345Z
there was no trace.

Nothing on 20 CW or SSB at 1100 to 1300 and VU's were loud as was BY and JT.
Does anyone else hear the noise on 14005 to 14010 and again from 14190 to
well above 14200.  Its not a line noise but keeps the S meter at S8 to 9.
Its like a rushing noise.
The line noise was not around this AM but this is the second day for this
noise.

Maybe the SF will go back up and we will get a shot at 12.
