[SEDXC] 2001 Georgia QSO Party - Rover/Mobile Summary

I will be happy to collect and publicize the plans for any rovers/mobiles in
this year's GQP.  Please forward your list of counties (and rough times too,
if you're really organized) to me directly and I'll summarize into a master
list for distribution to the appropriate reflectors.

Hopefully I will be able to put out a few counties myself - a great way to
enjoy some beautiful Georgia countryside.
