Gang,
Just in case you have forgotten or didn't know to begin with, all SEDXC m=
embers have the special perk of having your QSLs forwarded to the ARRL Ou=
tgoing QSL Service Gratis.
Here a a few basic rules/requirements:
* All QSLs should be sorted alphabetically by parent call-sign prefix ( A=
P, C6, CE, etc. ). Some countries have a parent prefic and use other pref=
ixes i.e. G=3D M, 2E, 2I..... . When sorting group all odd prefixes with =
the parent prefix. Bottom line is cards should be grouped by DXCC countr=
y. If the station has a foreign QSL manager sort the card with the QSL M=
anger's parent prefix group ( Clearly show the Manager's call sign ).
* You MUST include your proof of ARRL membership. This can be in the for=
m of the white address label from a copy of QST or a photocopy of same. =
You may also copy all the information from the label on a piece of paper.=
=20
* This service serves about 260 ARRL DXCC countries. Go to the ARRL web =
site for countries not included. I will return any cards you miss.
I am going to mail a batch of cards after each club meeting ( Providing I=
get enough to mail ).
Thanks to K4VT, Gary for performing this service until now. I will take =
my turn in the barrel for a while!
Bring your cards tomorrow night for my first mailing. I already have enou=
gh to start.
Call if you have questions.
