I agree with Mike K4PI about freebanding on Dxpeditions.   There is no place
in any amateur radio operations for piracy.  Freebanding is radio piracy!
Operations against international law (unlicensed operation) can spell loss
of amateur license, a fine, and perhaps imprisonment.

I do have this following not on the CY0MM operation:

on 17 November 2002:

"     To prevent further confusion, we would like to make
the following statement:
     There is no 11 m operation from Sable Island.
     It was only a misunderstanding of few individuals."
