[SEDXC] October Newsletter

It appears that about half of the paid members did not get the October =
SEDXC Newsletter.  I have sent out individual copies to the members who =
reported to me that they did not receive the newsletter.  Let me know if =
you still have not received the newsletter.

If you upgraded to IE 6.0 and use Outlook Express (this would be 6.0), =
you cannot receive attachments until you go into the setup and change =
the default setting which blocks attachments. =20
