[SEDXC] Writing your Representatives and Senators

I would urge all members to review the Congressional Record that reflects
Congressman Rahall's statements before the House on November 16, 2004 ( See,
http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/D?r108:2:./temp/~r108OxP647 ) It is
imperative that all amateurs make a well thought-out, organized, and
methodical effort in approaching our Reps and Senators.  This is obviously
not the flashiest piece of legislation before the newly elected members of
both chambers.  However, if we approach them together and on the same page,
we can make a much larger impression upon them.
