Likewise!  Worked the TX9 this AM at 1154Z on 75 SSB, about 10 minutes after
sunrise here in Woodstock.  Like Bill, this was on a dipole at about 40
feet.  Now 160, that's another problem altogether!

Gang,

I just worked TX9 on 80 meters SSB at 1153Z, well after sunrise.  I
monitored his transmit freq for over an hour and never heard him at all
until about 1150Z.  He does peak if you have the patience.  I have a dipole
at about 40' up.
