[SEDXC] What's with the IRC's lately...

For the past few days, I worked a couple of New Ones and they are all wanting 2  IRC's vs US $.
I went to the Marietta Post Office and they did not have any.
The person I talked to had to go ask someone else, they didn't know what I was talking about.

I wonder why the don't want US $ anymore.
Has anyone purchased an IRC's lately, and where?
My research tells me they have changed them so you have to be careful not to get the old ones.
