By law, the USPS is required to have a stock of IRCs. And right on the
old ones.

They don't want $ because an IRC actually costs about $1.90 the last
time I checked.

And you don't have to send 2. It clearly states on the IRC that 1 is
sufficient to a postal letter by surface.

But, then again, if they were new ones? ?????

God only knows the last time I even worked 1 new one.
