[SEDXC] What's with the IRC's lately...

Keith - I've bought many IRC's at the main Marietta Post Office near the
square.  They always have them compared to other locations which seem to
never have any IRC's

For the past few days, I worked a couple of New Ones and they are all
wanting 2  IRC's vs US $.
I went to the Marietta Post Office and they did not have any.
The person I talked to had to go ask someone else, they didn't know what I
was talking about.

I wonder why the don't want US $ anymore.
Has anyone purchased an IRC's lately, and where?
My research tells me they have changed them so you have to be careful not to
get the old ones.
