[SEDXC] IRC issue Continues...

Another good source of IRCs is Steve Wheatley, KU9C. 
He manages a fairly large stable of stations and regularly 
has IRCs.  If I recall correctly, they generally run about 
$1.30 each in batches of 25.  E-mail him first to be sure 
he has "stock."
