[SEDXC] IRC issue Continues...

   FYI - N4XP (Tom) who lives out around Monroe is the QSL mngr. for the 
recent K7C DXpedition will probably have a bunch of IRC's for sell as the 
QSLs start coming in..Suggest you check with him.. 73/DX - Dave - kb4et
