[SEDXC] The Saga of the IRC's

Today I tried to exchange some Series C22 IRC's at the post office on 
Sandy Planes Rd. and they refused to take them. This is the last series 
before the newt ones. The supervisor, after about 1 hour of waiting, 
said they were too old and would not take them. I have the Postmasters 
phone number and will call him tomorrow to see what can be done.

They do have the new series in stock as i saw them pull some to look at 
them before my go-a-round with the postal clerk and then her supervisor 
started. QSL-ing is getting to be more trouble then it is worth.

Will keep you posted on what happens.
