[SEDXC] Changes to the SEDXC website

You already know (by my prior email) that I've put the SEDXC 
bulletins up in the "Members Only" section.  We have nearly all of 
'em back to January 2001.

You get there via the yellow menu button on the main page "Members Only".

You'll notice a new button "Members' Websites".  On that page are 
links to websites of our members.  If you have a website and you're 
not shown, drop me an email with the URL and I'll add it.
