A 16 foot turning radius is NOT a very large turning radius.  I think a 
204BA is longer than that.  I realize that right now you won't have an 
antenna that large, but your fortunes would NOT have to improve a whole 
lot to pick up a used 204BA.  Which is a darn good antenna for 20m.  I 
would choose the setback that would accomodate at least a TH-6DXX.  I 
think you should put that tower as far away from the property lines as 
practical.  Especially with the concrete and labor investment you will 
have.  If you think your restrictions are a little tough, here in 
Pr.Wm.County, VA, you must present an engineering plan designed by a 
Civil Engineer, and the set back requirement is the entire length of the 
tower.  In other words, a 100' tower like mine HAS to be at least 100' 
from the property line and MUST be behind the house, not in a front or 
side yard.  You have to submit a property plat showing the location of 
all those things as well.  Fortunately, the Woodbridge Wireless has 
several engineers amongst the membership.  73, Carl
