[SEDXC] What gives??

I agree...

I worked them on 10M SSB yesterday, and I heard him repeat my call sign 
clearly.
Yet... the online log showed it as a 17M contact which I did not need.
I think maybe the operator forgot to change the bands in the logging 
software or something.
Will have to work them again...
