[SEDXC] What gives??

I've got the same problem from Sunday contacts on 15M ssb & 20cw. On
15M the op repeated my call several times and we clearly exchanged
reports, but only the 17M & 20M ssb q's are in their e-log. Sometimes
dx picks me up as a WP but it was a definite WB...
