[SEDXC] KP5 Story

I didn't read the story of the KP5, though I know some of the minor 
details.  If anyone could email it to me, I would be interested.
As one who has been trying for YEARS to get permission to operate from 
Desecheo, I am more than a little interested.
Likewise, I can't imagine what would motivate a fellow DXer to "Rat out" 
a fellow Ham, especially one that is operating legally.  I think this 
sneaky operation can only help those of us that have been trying openly 
to get KP5 back active again.
I would be REAL interested to know what kind of precautions the FWS gave 
those guys and what kind of security requirements they had.  I suspect 
none, which would discredit all the reasons they have been turning us 
down all these years.
