Actually, it WAS the FWS which ordered the shut down, on a complaint
from 1 ham.

I am sorely tempted to file a Freedom of Information Act requiring his
identification, and their justification.

Never done one before, although I have been tempted to see what the
FBI has on me. Couldn't be anything bad since I once had the highest
security clearence issued by the US of A. ( required of a armed forces
courier ) Maybe the CIA has a different story.. ):>

I kept the Daily DX page which had the whole story, so times and dates
are not a problem.
