[SEDXC] DX Window on 75 Meters...

Hi Keith,
The ARRL recommends a band plan listing a DX window from 3.790 to 3.800 MHz.
Generally this window is to be used only to work DX and not, for example,
domestic rag chews. HOWEVER, it does NOT mean that if you want to work DX you
must do so in this window.

You may work DX on any frequency you choose with in your license category.
If 3.810 MHz or any other frequency in the band is not in use and there is not
another QSO close by, you may, without concern work and or call CQ DX. Of
course some frequencies will be more productive than others.

You will always find some operators who think they own a given frequency.
This is especially true on 75 meters. When they deliberately QRM your operating
frequency or try to run you off, they only show their extreme stupidity.

Come on down the band and work CW -- you will have more fun.

73 and good hunting,
Bruce AA4Z
