[SEDXC] I received a poignant email from Florence Montgomery..

(Bruce W4BFR's widow).  She's a member of the SEDXC and saw my email 
about the new badge batch I'm working up.

Here's what she said:

That's really lovely to hear.

I told her that I thought she'd be able to apply for Bruce's call; 
she said she'd like to do that but didn't know how.  Who'd like to 
volunteer to shepherd that process through the FCC for/with her?
