BS7H, on 14.187,  peaked here (northern VA) from about 7:30-8:30 am EDST 
(1130-1230 UTC) at about S5.  After that he dropped to about S2 and on 
down.  He was still just workable at about 9:30 am (1330 UTC).  73, Carl
