[SEDXC] Question concerning recent band change.

I had noticed also that they kept the plan at 10 kc.. A poor decision in
my opition. I would go for 3.600 to 3.625 at a minimum.. I always
considered it 3.775 to 3.8 anyway. Never liked the ragchewers in between
that area. 10 kc is O B V I O U S L Y not enough.
