Congratulations Bill!

Getting them thru LOTW is tough! I'm finding the contest stations are pretty
good about uploading their logs.  The RTTY operators also make good use of
LOTW. Still I'm only running about 20 to 25 percent confirmation rate thru
LOTW.  So, the story there is you gotta work a bunch of em. I was pleasantly
surprised to get BX5AA confirmed this week just two days after our QSO.  

Congratulations again. C U in the pile ups.

Yeah, I know what you are thinking. You guys that are on the honor roll, it
ain't a big deal. But, after 27 years in this hobby, I finally qualified for
DXCC. You gotta start somewhere.

Did this entirely through LoTW so far, although I have some paper QSLs I'll
be using next to reach 150.
