[SEDXC] Question!

This club is called the South East DX Club.

 

My question is WHY?

 

Since you seem to concentrate in and around Atlanta ONLY, why not change its
name to the Atlanta DX Club? 

 

If that would not work, then why not think about having some meetings spread
around the SOUTH EAST? Why not have alternate meetings in Macon and/or
Columbus or Savannah? 

 

I know the club's in Thomasville and Albany are quite active, but I really
doubt any hams from those two areas ever make any meeting in Atlanta. I live
near Valdosta and I'm certainly not going to drive three hours to attend a
'SEDXC' meeting.

 

I sure think you need to think about this, either change the name from South
East DXC, or diversify?
