[SEDXC] Log FORMAT for 100 W to a Wire

Gary - Our contest announcement says: "Logs may be
submitted in any readable form (email preferred) and
must be accompanied by a contest entry form."

QUESTION:

Does "any readable form" also include either
"Cabrillo" or "ADIF" format?  Either is usually
required and outputted by most contest software and
logs in those forms can usually be generated at the
push of one button.
