[SEDXC] Log FORMAT for 100 W to a Wire

Don,

I don't expect more that 2-3 dozen entries at most.  Very manually
intensive and no cross checking to require adif or cabrillo.  The best
means for me is an Excel spreadsheet or csv file.  If this thing grows,
then we'll need log robots.
