Anyone in ATL that can listen to 147.585? There is a repeater running there
or some kind of Echo Link. There was an ID of AI4TS who is in ATL at one
point. Is there no more simplex range on 2 M and I thought Echo Link had to
be above 2 Meters? Anyone know what gives?

Hi Group,
I heard some stations around the country talking to a station in
Australia via some sort of repeater connect/link, I think it was that
freq.
FYI-33 on the wire

Hi folks,

My understanding is Echolink as well as IRLP and such are permitted on the
2m repeaters as the owners wish. For example, the ARC W4DOC repeater has
had an IRLP connection for some time.
