[SEDXC] GQP claimed score

Great GQP this year.  Thanks to SECC and SEDXC for the  sponsorship.
 
Conditions were less than ideal.   Long skip on 40,  long, or, no skip on 20, 
high noise level especially Saturday made it a  challenge at times.
 
I tried 15 a couple of times with No QSO's.  Nice opening  to Europe  Sunday 
afternoon with EL2DX also blasting in there, too.   DXCC of 21 worked during 
the party. (I know they don't count as  multi)
 
I worked Single Operator, Low Power, CW Only, (again this  year).
