Hey Carl,

I have one of the letters from the "United States Department of the 
Interior"  "FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE" and was also invited to go by another 
team.  We decided not to submit a proposal to go mainly because we know how 
much work, time and expense has been put toward this effort by Bob Allphin - 
K4UEE and his group.  It is our feeling that they deserve this opportunity. 
If you have submitted a proposal, I wish you good luck and if you are 
successful I have some very helpful information that I will gladly share.
