[SEDXC] VP6DX update for 160 ops

Hopefully they will abide by the check back later technique.  There was a
VP6 operation several of years ago by a OH ham and he worked Europe
all night until they went out after EU sunrise but then he went QRT for
supper and did not come back until 1100Z when he starting working JA's and
Pacific.  This was on both 80 and 160.  His check back technique was for the
most part never.

He was reminded of this many times on the higher bands and his reply was
maybe tonight or most NA already have VP6.
