Gary,
I typically use Pathfinder when searching for QSL manager routes.
I'm not sure how much research you did on these call signs but lots of
information is available from the referenced source.
EZ3A and EZ8CW both go to RU4SS. His email is published so you can
contact him if you have trouble. He even has a U.S. mail drop for incoming
cards so you might check with him too.
R1MVI (2004) does go to RX3RC. This is not the "Roman" you are
thinking of.
